The Christmas and New Year period is usually a time where we all get to enjoy a bit of time off. And if you are a video gaming enthusiast, this is a time in which you can really have some fun. Of course, by the time we reach this point in the year, almost every single game that was scheduled for release in 2020 has now come out. Therefore, we believe that this is the perfect time to show you some games that you should get your teeth stuck into over the festive period.

All of the games that we have talked about in this post are currently available, and you’ll still have plenty of time to snag them before Christmas. And once we get finished here, if you fancy a bit more information on some of these amazing games, just jump ahead to ReyadaGames.net.

FIFA 21

As we are sure you know, the FIFA franchise is one of the most successful of all time. These games have come out once a year for several decades already, yet with FIFA 2021, there are noticeable improvements. Not only are the graphics absolutely phenomenal for this game, but there are so many more tricks and turns that you can perform as a player, and even as a manager through the career mode. Much like the previous FIFA versions, you also get to enjoy factors like improving player attributes through training, scouting for players in all areas of the globe, and if you really want to, you can try to transform a struggling team into one of the best in the world.

And for those of you that want to get really competitive, you can explore the online mode that has now been possible with all recent FIFA versions.

NBA 2K21

If playing soccer isn’t really your thing, then perhaps you might like to check out the NBA 2K21 game. As many of you will already know, this game allows you to play basketball with all of the most famous NBA basketball players, yet you can also create your own player and try to put them in the history books as well. What we found particularly interesting about this game is that the general gameplay is much smoother, you can do more things on the ball, and it’s not quite as difficult to get started as previous NBA games have been.

As you would expect, the graphics have been drastically improved, and you can even enjoy more personalized player celebrations as well as influence your team as the manager. All in all, this is definitely a game to check out over the festive period.

Call of Duty Black Ops – Cold War

The Call of Duty games almost need no introduction these days, as many games have absolutely smashed it in terms of popularity in recent years. Call of Duty is arguably one of the best first-person shooting games ever, and this one takes it to new levels. It is a current theme of Call of Duty games that they tend to focus on different wars and different time periods, and this is a game that places much greater emphasis on tactics and skill.

But in Call of Duty Cold Black Ops: Cold War, you will find that the environment around you is much more interactive than it has been in previous Black Ops versions. You will also enjoy the chance to interact with high-profile historic figures, and of course, you get to replay and hopefully successfully navigate certain events that were particularly prolific during this war.

For those of you that are a fan of the famous zombie mode that Call of Duty games also provide – you will be pleased to know that this game offers a whole bunch of zombie slaying action!

Dragon Ball Z – Kakarot

Now that we have reached the stage where we have covered sports and first-person shooter games, we just couldn’t produce this post without focusing on one of the most anticipated games of the year – Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. If we’re being honest, everybody enjoyed a bit of Dragon Ball Z when they were a child, and through this game, you get to play with some of your all-time favorite characters.

The difference in this game compared to some of the other Dragon Ball Z releases over the years is that you can perform more combat actions, experience a highly interactive environment, and you can follow the storyline of several sagas – all rolled into one fantastic video game!
